QuanTVm Stick Warranty and Servicing

Process for servicing your QuanTVm Stick:

 

The QuanTVm Stick is a very sophisticated, and delicate piece of technology. Be gentle when plugging in the power cable and HDMI cable into the QuanTVm Stick. You should not force the power cable into the stick, and only plug it in as far as it is met with the least resistance.

 

The external antenna must NOT be tampered with. The tape holding the antenna to the outer shell is a complex piece of circuitry that is also part of the antenna. Removing this tape, or tearing it will make your QuanTVm Stick inoperable.

 

Once your QuanTVm Stick is plugged into the TV and power source, there is no need to adjust or move it, unless taking it with you for travel.

 

The QuanTVm Stick warranty will be void if there is any evidence of tampering with the external antenna, or any damage to the internal components as a result of forcibly plugging in the power or HDMI plugs.

 

If you are not satisfied with the QuanTVm Stick, you have 15 days to return it in working order with the box and all accessories for a full refund. After 15 days but before 30 days we will refund minus a restocking fee of 15%. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

We will determine if you are eligible for a return or warranty service - if you are, we will send you a form to include in your return package.

Once we receive the return, we will process it accordingly. The process time generally takes approximately 2-3 business days. Once we receive your return, you will receive an update via email from our returns department letting you know that we have received your product and how the process is going. If a refund is requested, we will issue refunds if applicable the day the product has been received and reviewed for completeness.

* - Return shipping costs for items returned for a refund within 30 days are paid for by the customer. This includes all international orders.

* - Items returned to us after the 30 day window will not be refunded. We are not able to refund the shipping costs to return the product after the first 30 days.

* - Items with physical damage are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds are issued within 48 hours from when the box was received through the same payment method that was used to purchase the original product.

Please remove any remote control Dongles, SD Cards and anything else that is plugged into your unit before shipping it back to us. We are not responsible for any lost items that are send back with returned units. Also, be sure to do a factory reset on your box to clear any personal data that may be stored on your unit.

Process for servicing your QuanTVm Stick:

Warranty does NOT cover:

*- ANY Physical damage: Torn antenna, broken antenna, sticker removed holding the antenna, damage to the case, broken or missing pieces to the keypad, broken internal parts due to rough handling (forcing the power cable into the stick where it doesn't belong, or damaging the internal components by force inserting the cables).

*- Software: For example, we do not fix software that has been loaded onto your QuanTVm Stick. Updating your programs, such as KODI should NOT be done, and if so will be done at your own risk. The warranty does not include restoration of your QuanTVm Stick due to tinkering or experimenting. We do have paid options for support should you accidentally make your QuanTVm Stick unusable.

REMEMBER: QuanTVm Stick does not provide support on any 3rd party add-ons within the KODI application. These add-ons are serviced, owned and operated by 3rd party companies that have no affiliation with QuanTVm Stick. If you are experiencing issues with any add-ons within KODI, please contact the developer directly. Do not contact KODI directly as they have no affiliation with QuanTVm Stick or any 3rd party add-on developer. Our streaming specialist will not be able to provide any answers, comments or support on any 3rd party add-ons or applications that comes on the QuanTVm Stick. Please contact the developer directly for any questions regarding support or playback issues.
